Hope everything is well for your new semester. As you may know, the Chinese traditional Mid-autumn Festival is coming this Sunday(30th), our bakery studio at U of M is planing to sell home-made crystal moon-cakes(冰皮月饼) at a low price.

Sep 30th is Chinese Mid-autumn Day. Here, we have 3 kinds of self-made crystal mooncakes(冰皮月饼) to sell.

Their surface is made by glutinous rice, sticky rice and wheat starch(糯米粉，粘米粉，澄粉), with 3 kinds of fillings.

The red mooncakes' filling is pineapple jam(凤梨馅), made from pineapple and wax gourd by ourselves, which is also known as pineapple cake's filling.

The green mooncakes' filling is red bean-paste(红豆沙), which is a famous ingredient for many kinds of dessert.

The white mooncakes' filling is custard(奶黄馅), which is made from butter, sugar, wheat starch and milk by ourselves. You can also find it in many other desserts.

The price is 7$ for two and 10$ for three.

1. You can reserve them through internet, then pay by cash or check in Sep 28th at one of the three locations in North Campus, Central Campus or South Campus.

Then you can get them in Sep 29th at the same location by the receipt got in Sep 28th, where we will provide you with the exquisitely-packed mooncakes.

2. By the way, if you have a chase bank account, you can quickpay the fee to sunwb0210@hotmail.com, 734-834-4191 instead of going to those payment locations. Please attach your name in MEMO!
