Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 700 sq ft. apartment will be available around September 1st (move-in date is negotiable). New windows and appliances were just installed this summer, including a new refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry machine and dryer IN THE UNIT. No more quarters! The furniture in the apartment is also negotiable, with a full sized mattress, couch, and dressers that you may be able to keep for free! If you would prefer to not have the furniture, we can easily move them out for you. The walk-through closet provides ample storage space. There is also plenty of parking and a covered carport, which has helped us a lot during the winter! The complex also allows for pets, who will enjoy a great view of the wildlife just across the patio.

There are two bus stops just a 1 minute walk from the doorstep, with a short 10 minute bus ride to the UM medical school, and just a bit longer to central campus. The apartment is also a short 5 minute walk from North Campus, a 1 mile walk to Kroger, and close to many good restaurants and stores. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly young professionals, graduate students, and medical students, and families who provide a quiet ambiance.

The lease will end on June 30, 2019, the when You have the option of extending the lease. For this reason, we are willing to pay a fraction of the remaining rent, and the reducing the monthly rent to $1060 (On May BE negotiable AS Well).

This is a fantastic apartment, and we have have loved our stay here. As we are moving, we are hoping to hand our lease over to a new tenant soon.
