North Campus 1 bedroom available September

We have a 700sq foot 1 bedroom apartment at Parc Pointe Apartments that will be available for sublet in September at the earliest. The rent is $1140 per month (about $50-100 below the market rate), with heat and electricity not included. Pets are allowed. There is a small patio area with serene views of wildlife

New appliances were just installed this summer, including a new refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a laundry machine and dryer IN THE UNIT. No more quarters! The furniture in the apartment is also negotiable, with a full sized mattress, couch, and dressers that you may be able to keep! There is also a covered carport, which has helped us a lot during the winter!

There are two bus stops just a 1 minute walk from the doorstep, with a short 10 minute bus ride to the U of M medical school. The apartment is also a short 5 minute walk from North Campus, and a 1 mile walk to Kroger and close to many good restaurants.  

The lease by will end June 30, 2019, the when you have the option of extending the lease.
