以下是他写的sublease的原文：
Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms. A kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The apartment includes all furniture, plus a television. Cable, electricity, water and internet are all included. Only one person will be living in the apartment with you, but he'll be gone for most of the summer.


The lease runs until August 13th. I'm asking for $1000 to stay the rest of the summer plus a $1000 security deposit that will be returned at the end if there are no damages.
