房租具体情况：

1.Traver Ridge apartments可以从6月任何时间起租到6/29/2014。月租是949刀每月，因为我是renew的老合同所以租金比现在leasing office的便宜50每个月，大家都知道安娜堡每年房租都在涨，这个价钱是去年的价钱. 可以去官网，google搜traver ridge apartments. 有户型位置价钱等信息。会发现比现在网上的价钱便宜。另外，转租合同是和官方leasing office签，免去了转租合同方面的不清楚。

2.关于地理位置，5分钟开车到北校。如果没有车，小区门口就有公交车站，可以到达中校和北校。步行也可。超市kroger徒步就可以到。如果有车，小区有带棚子的停车场，很多停车区是免费的。

3.有24小时健身房，游泳池和维护

4.如果你喜欢，我有一整套的宜家家具，是一年前搬来时买的，现在基本全新状态。如果愿意可以商量打包转手，免去了安装和shipping的麻烦。绝对可以拎包入住。

5.房子是一个大卧室,一个大客厅，一个厨房和一个洗手间,很安静。烤箱，炉灶，洗碗机，冰箱，温控空调 设施齐全。 如果愿意足够多人合租分担房费。

2. About the location, it's about 5 min driving to north campus. And there is a bus stop at the front door, and the bus will go to north campus as well. Also the supermarket is within walking distance, which is good for people without cars. And if you do have cars, there is cover parking along with this apartment. (save you a lot of energy during winter

3. The apartments have 24-hr maintenance and fitness center.

4. If you'd like, we have a full set of furnitures here in the house, and you would be sold by a very great price if you want them. Those furnitures were all from IKEA. It will save you a lot time to buy and assemble them.

5. The apartment includes one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom. Two or more people could rent it together to share rent.
