House Information:
The house is located in the northeast part of Ann Arbor and in a friendly, safe and convenient neighborhood. 8 min to drive to the north campus of university of Michigan. 7 min to walk to the nearest bus stop. Shared swimming pool and public library in the neighborhood. There are three rooms for rent in this house. This house contains two floors and a ground floor (same size as the first floor, connected with garage).

Detailed room information: The room is approxiamtely 150 sq ft. It's on the Second floor. There is one big restroom with bathtub and full size shower. The room has a built in cloth storage and big window. Perfect for someone like a quite environment. Feature of the house: - Laundry room with one washer and one drier
- Large kitchen, huge living room and large private yard in the back
- Garage with two parking spot and large drive way
- Can provide basic furniture in the rooms (ex. bed, desk and chair)
Terms: Rent listed here doesn’t include utilities - One month rent as deposit
