Greenbrier 2-bed house 两室一厅，在二层，房间干净整洁，博士生毕业转租，房租$1,010. 另有家具处理，具体信息请见附件。

"Here is a take-over of Green brier Apt. 2-Bed. Greenbrier is close to North campus and AATA bus stop is located at the entrance of the complex. (address of leasing office: 3615 Green Brier Blvd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105)

It is the largest apt in Greenbrier: 921 sq ft . Considering that the 2-bed house that I am currently living is on the second floor and close to the complex entrance, it has the best location.  Current monthly rent is $1,010.  It is pretty low, because I lived here for a long time, compared to the starting of 921 sq ft 2-bed, which is $1,074 .  If you just move in to this house with a new contract, monthly rent will be higher than $1,074 for sure, considering the good location.  

You can take it over whenever soon.  I prefer sooner.

Along with the take over, I also prefer to sell all my stuffs (desk, mattress, table, etc. please see the attached pdf) to the new tenant with low cost. I hope the list included everything you may need as a new tenant, and hope the price is reasonable.  It is negotiable, though.  Please feel free to send me an email.  I can send you pictures.  We can always negotiate price and conditions.  I kept my home very clean and neat.  You are more than welcome to visit.  Thank you.
