公寓在packard st.上，出门就是Bus 5路，10分钟内轻松直达中校区（步行也仅需20分钟左右），并且可继续坐车去往Downtown。

公寓社区配有24小时免费健身房+游泳池（整个夏天免费开放），社区后院有一个水塘，周围环境优雅，适合野餐和各种聚会。

现转租卧室一间 （整套公寓有3个卧室，我住的是其中一间，和两位室友共同share洗手间和厨房）， 两位室友一位是PHD，另外一位在university health system 工作。 公寓配有免费停车位。

转租时间从5月初起到7月底，具体时间可以进一步商量

价格$465/月，包水电煤网。 整套公寓设施配备完全，可以拎包入住。

My apt is less than 2 miles south from campus (along packard st.) and right along Ann Arbor Bus 5, which brings you right to campus.  Buses can take you downtown.
The apartment complex is has a small gym (24 hour access) and a community pool (open all summer), as well a beautiful pond in the back that's good for bbq and picnics.
Available from May through end of July - dates negotiable.
$465 per month, utilities included, internet included
It's a 3 bedroom apt, I am subletting one bedroom, shared bathroom with one other roommate.  Fully stocked kitchen, bedroom may be furnished (negotiable, may cost extra).  Great roommates, responsible, and friendly - one phd student, one university health system employee.
Free parking.
