I would like to sublease my apartment at $800/per month. The apartment costs me $1,149/per month, so you get 33% off the official price. The lease ends in the mid of August.

Hi there, I will be moving to the north of Ann Arbor soon, and would like to sublease my current apartment. You are welcome to move in as soon as possible. I would like to offer a discount if you can move in this month (in March).
Location good things: The location is awesome that it is only half a mile away from west of downtown Ann Arbor. It is very quite because the distance is far enough to the noisy place. The public transportation is also very convenient (literally cross the street take you to downtown, coming back is right in front the building).
Indoor good things: The indoor is also very comfortable. You have microwave, oven, refrigerator, AC. The living room and bedroom are covered by carpet. Neighbors are very nice and respectful. The laundry and dryer are public within the building. There are two sides have window (facing north and east), and the sunshine can get to most area of the living room.
Outdoor good things: The apartment has its own parking lot, and the guest parking is usually available. The west park and YMCY (gym) is nearby.
