This is a nice, furnished, and clean condo in a quiet neighborhood with one and a half bathroom.
-Furnished (mattress, bed, desk, closet, sofa, dish washing machine)
-TV (netflix)
-On site washer and dryer
-Bus station in 5 min walk
-1.5 bathroom
-Big basement
-Backyard
-Charming, cozy, sunny bedroom
-Really low price
The room will be available from May 4 to Sep 6. Time is flexible.
You will live in the master room and share the condo with one nice roommate (who is from Wisconsin) and maybe two cats.
Rent is negotiable. Gas/Electronic fees are not included.
The room is as showed below, but furnitures in the bedroom might will be rearranged. Thanks.
