Arbor Village 两室一厅现招室友。2月20号左右可入住，房租网络水电均摊，一个月大概550左右。
Arbor Village小区地理位置优越，出门2分钟有14路，5分钟有4路，距离中校，医学院都较近，去中国超市，美国超市都很方便，小区旁边就有Trader Joe’s超市，健身房，county park公园，Tappan Middle School（Ann Arbor 评分为满分10分），小区有免费停车位。小区环境优美，绿化极佳。

本人物理系博士后，男。性格随和，大部分时间在实验室。希望室友不抽烟，无不良嗜好，保持屋内整洁。lease是到8月底，租一年以上最好。联系方式：songyin009@gmail.com

as I knew, the room is very good, top floor, very quiet, no noise from above; most Ann Arbor apartments have that very old crappy floor, when you you walk on it, it makes a lot noise; so CHOOSE TOP FLOOR always!

I like trader joe's, I like the county farm park, which are within walking distance from Arbor village. Remember always choose top floor. Almost all apartments in Ann Arbor are old having that old floor. Avoid noise by choosing TOP FLOOR of this apartment.

Location of Arbor village is very good: it is secure, you can walk outside during night; it is quiet, but still not far away from downtown, you can bicycle to downtown during the summer.
