Hi all, 420 块 出租我中校的房间， 5月头到8月底. 水电网全包
Location: 715 Hill St----- 1 block away from Ross, a 2 minute walk from the library, or right next to Ford.
Great Location: 中国餐馆走5分钟, 图书馆， 杂货店， 走1分钟. 健身房就5分钟！-- 全部都是走路的时间！！
Condition: house is clean and quiet. + 每个星期还有钟点工打扫卫生。 厕所和厨房特别干净。
Other tenants: very quiet. 3个国人都回国。 只有1-2 个人会在你这一层。
Furnished? --- a full size bed, a small walk-in closet, a refrigerator, a dresser, a desk, a chair， 和一个床头柜.
Storage space? 一整个阁楼都可以放你的东西！只要和房东 说一下就好！
Kitchen: fully functional, with an oven.
Others: the room is carpeted. The internet here never lags. It's 130+ Mbps. The landlord is also very nice. He fixes things immediately if there is a problem.
