Location: 2246 Saint Francis Dr, MI 48104 (good for Middle campus)
On second(top) floor, two bed rooms, one living room, one bath room, simply furnitured.
I lived in one of the bed room for two year already. I want to rent out the other bed room, since my roommate (an visiting scholar) is going back to China in the middle of August. I am a male working in Ann Arbor. We kept the apartment clean.
required rent-out period: August 2015---August 2016.
fee: all the fee will be divided evenly between us including rent, internet, cable, utilities,etc, usually <= $550/person.
