We are moving out of Michigan for a new job, and our 2-bedroom apartment in Glencoe Hills Apartments is available for sublease starting around 06/20/2015 (the time is flexible). My current lease will end on 07/26/2015 with monthly rent of $914, and you will have option to renew the lease with monthly rent of $924. One covered carports is free for use, and free furniture also available upon your request. If you have children, they will attend Burns Park Elementary School (top elementary school in Ann Arbor), Scarlett Middle School and Huron High School.
The apartment is 988 Sq.Ft. and comes with an intercom entry system, spacious closets, central heat and air and a fully equipped kitchen including; disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. The grounds at Glencoe Hills are beautiful, where you will find two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pet-friendly lit nature trails, picnic areas and a playground.
