The room is located on 601 East Hoover Ave. Just to put things in perspective, it is 4 block away from Ross, a 5 minute walk from the law library, or right next to the IM building
This location is great! Restaurants, libraries, and grocery shops are all within 2 minute walking distance of the house. You can easily grab a burrito or a sandwich from BTB, subway, Bell's, or Jimmy Johns in a snap of time. You can also walk to the track field in 2 minutes!
Additionally, the house is clean and quiet. We have laundry room in the basement. The room comes with AC as well. People here are very quiet. They don't blase music or anything. So, it will be a great place for study as well. You'll be one of the only a few people (1-2) that are staying over the summer
The room comes with a small walk-in closet, a refrigerator, a dresser, a desk, and a chair. Honestly, there is plenty of storage space. There is a kitchen in the house that is fully functional, with an oven and stove. Also, the room is carpeted. The internet here never lags. It's 130+ Mbps. The landlord is also very nice. She fixes things immediately if there is a problem.
