有个朋友从中国来，买了一些包/项链等比较贵重的东西，不退税的话比较亏。请问大家买了东西是怎么在出关前后退的税呢？谢谢！

when you buy it, ask the cashier, they will tell you the detail about this. I think there is also a single transaction minimum requirement.

I think you need your original receipt and fill the tax return form at airport.
