Great location: 5minutes to central or north campus. Right next to a golf court and a nature science museum. 

The apartment is on second floor - no neighbors above you - 800 sqft with in-unit washer and dryer, private balcony, and dishwasher. It has a walk-in closet! Neighbors in the complex are great, nice and friendly. The place is specious and pet friendly, parking is free in front of the apartment.

The current rent is $1,019 /mo, the lease is up until July, 9th, but you can continue the lease if you want to. Move-in date can be flexible, March 25th at the earliest.
