Hoover 胡老师变身，文化观察者。用他25年在中美两地的观察来总结一下. "How Chinese Students Can Successfully Live a Bi-cultural life in America." You will learn the roots of American cultural values, behavior, worldview and lifestyle and how they affect friendship, communication, and caring with your American friends. In other words you will learn what Americans are so weird :-) Chinese students are often frustrated when it comes to friendships with Americans. In this talk you will find some answers. This will be a bilingual/bi-cultural presentation. Friday night 6 PM at the Vida Café (Vida means life).
