E. Kingsley Street 独立一室一厅，安静小区，配备全部家具，另外还有微波炉‘、烤面包机、吸尘器、炊具等奉送。可以拎包入住。还有新完工的大凉台。
步行7到10分钟到中部校园和市中心，5分钟到医学院。一两个街区内有面包店，自由市场，和各种杂货商店，饭店等。
停车费和水费包含在租费内。房租可议。
后院停车场，洗衣设备在楼内。
租期2月1日（或者1月底）到8月中，夏季学期结束。
