SUBLETTING for Spring and Summer semesters 2017!
I am subletting one bedroom apartment. Located at 715 Church St, you get to be at the best location on campus!
The apartment comfortably live 2 people and are palatial for 1 person!
Carpeting throughout, onsite parking available, free heat & water, and onsite laundry.
Electricity and Internet are the only utilities you have to pay.
It is completely furnished, and it is extremely spacious! Looking for 500/month per person
(In case, one person lives in the bedroom and the other lives in the living room. Rental rate is 530/month for bedroom and 470/month for living room).
