帮意大利同学转租Countyards 3B/3B中的1B1B。一间卧室并且和卫生间形成小套房，从1月21日起租，8月7日结束。另外两个套间住的是中国人和韩国人，均是密大的硕士学生。房间干净整洁，配有full-sized床，书桌和储存柜。
前任屋主会留下台灯，吸尘器和厨房常用的一些物品（如餐具，净水器等）。
房租$824/月，2月起付即可。
仅限女生。

A comfortable bedroom with attached bathroom in a very nice three-people apartment is waiting for you! The apartment is only for girls. The bedroom is very spacious, with a full-sized bed, a desk, and drawers. I'll provide a lamp and a vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, I'll provide also many supplies for the kitchen (dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, Brita water filter dispenser, beater...). The apartment includes also dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
All inclusive: Heat and A/C, high-speed WiFi, cable TV.
Bus stops (n.22, 23, Blue bus) are very close to the apartment.
