Looking for a female roommate to rent the spare bedroom and full bathroom (private, both on the second floor) in a two-story condo, with bedrooms on the second floor, kitchen/living room on the first floor.
The rental room has no bed. A full size mattress (without a box) is available if needed. Private balcony is attached to the rental room.
Spacious kitchen (include microwave, fridge, oven, dish washer) , in-unit washer/dryer, and living room to be shared.
Community is safe and quiet. Close to bus station of route 5,6 (walking distance). Free surface parking is available.
Require the roommate to be nonsmoker, quiet, not bringing strangers home, not party often in the condo, and keep all shared areas clean. No pet, sorry.
Rent $660/month (including water and sewage) + half utility/internet fees (about $60/person in winter and $50/person in summer). Deposit $400 (fully refundable when move out). Month by month lease.
Currently I am (30 years old working female, condo-owner, non-smoker, easy-going, quiet, clean, and respectful) living in the other bedroom.
