我们house找一位新室友，sublease 1/1/15 – 7/31/15，求大家帮忙扩散。

这是间位于Kerrytown的4-bedroom house，上下两层楼各有两间房间、完整卫浴、独立厨房，一楼有公共空间包含客厅及餐厅。由于原室友Wesley Chen八月底要搬走，目前正在找一位希望2015年1月入住的新室友。
房子本身非常舒适，环境清幽且交通便利。室内空间宽敞，装潢既现代又可爱，房东不久前才粉刷一新及安装中央空调，房子本身附有四个停车位，且门口可以路边停车。离文艺聚集地Kerrytown只有五分钟步行距离，位在北、中校区交界，是安娜堡闹中取静的绝佳地点。
你的房间会在二楼，有可爱的苹果绿墙壁及两面大窗户，日照充足。走出房间就是二楼的厨房空间，冰箱、炉台、洗碗机一应俱全，或走下楼就可以在宽敞的客厅享受悠闲的午后阳光，或散步到Kerrytown找寻生活中的灵感。
房租每月总共$2600，目前的空房是$635，free parking，utility另算(電＆網路約$40)。欲洽从速！

We (are 25-year-old male PhD students and a grad school girl ) have an available room in a house on E. Summit St.
We are all Taiwanese students at UM; so we are prone to look for an Asian male/female roommate to sublet after January.
One room left on the second floor of a house. Move-in can occur after 01/01/2015.
It's 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom and 2-kitchen house in Kerrytown.
You will have access to the whole house.
Rent is $635/month(includes water and parking) exclusive of utilities, plus a $650 security deposit which will be returned when the lease ends.
The sublease will be from 01/01/2015 to 07/31/2015.

House is in a good neighborhood of Ann Arbor downtown and 15~20 mins walking(5 mins driving) to UM Central campus.
