Hello,
We are looking for someone who will sublease the apartment unit for two months from May or take over it.
I have lived here since July of 2012 and the unit is very quiet and clean 2beds and 2 baths room and has small grass yard in front of the unit.
Very close to bus station so convenient in Winter.
The size is 1023 sqf and new move in rate is $1,404-$1,629/month but you can live with $1350/month for two months and get some current resident discount after then cheaper than the new move in rate if you want to take over. The take over rate is $1361 rent and $32 for water per month for 12months lease if we notify by May 1, 2015.
The price during May and June is negotiable and move in date is also flexialbe.
