中校Island drive（1b1b）整体转租（已完结）

中校Island drive，离医学院非常近，附近公交也相当方便，

Contract end Date: 09/15/2020
Rent/Month: $1,130 (do not need to pay for gas and heating system)
Electricity: not included in the rent
Internet: not included in the rent
Deposit: $400 (the person willing to move in do not need to pay, we will pay it instead)
房租1130，1B1B，非常干净整洁，最好四月底可以接lease，时间早点没关系，可以商量。
